“Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.”

“Room was clean & no complaints. There was some activity outside at night with guests so would suggest taking a 2nd floor room. Check in went smooth”

“I think this is a family run busines, so Iwas happy to stay for that reason vs a big chain ran by a corporation. Check in was easy. Im glad I brought some clorox wipes with me. The door handle and light switches were pretty gross. The sheets were clean and the room seemed like it was recently painted. The floor tiles had some major gaps in them and could have given another once over with a mop. The sink seemed to have some plumbing issues that would have particles of food from and unknown source...

“All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one...

“The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop.”

“The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had...

“The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room. The price of the room for two nights at almost 450 a night did not match the standards that we were greeted with. If I’m paying this much for a room,...
